2. Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., San Francisco, USA. When you visit our website, technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, time of access) is automatically processed by the hosting provider. This is technically necessary to provide the website.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an adequate level of data protection for the transfer of personal data to the USA.
3. Vercel Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to analyze website usage. Vercel Analytics operates completely cookieless and does not collect personal data.
Only aggregated analytics data is collected, without individual tracking of users. Attribution to specific individuals is not possible.
Since no cookies are set and no personal data is processed, no consent is required under §25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG (German Digital Services Data Protection Act).
4. Contact Form / Onboarding
When you use our contact form or the onboarding process, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, project details) is processed for the purpose of initiating a contract.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (processing for the performance of pre-contractual measures).
Data is stored at Supabase (EU region). Supabase operates its EU servers in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place.
5. Newsletter (Resend)
We use Resend to send our newsletter. Registration is via a double opt-in process: after entering your email address, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
To prove consent, we store your IP address and the timestamp of registration and confirmation.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by emailing info@web-loop.de.
6. Calendly (Appointment Booking)
We offer a Calendly integration for appointment booking. The Calendly widget is only loaded after your explicit click (lazy-load). No data is transmitted to Calendly before you click.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you provide by actively clicking to load the widget.
7. YouTube / Instagram Embeds
We embed external content from YouTube and Instagram using a two-click solution. Initially, a placeholder with a privacy notice is displayed.
External content is only loaded after your explicit consent via a second click. Only then is data transmitted to the respective third-party provider.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
8. Fonts
This website uses locally embedded fonts (Inter, Syne, JetBrains Mono). The font files are served directly from our server.
No external requests are made to Google Fonts or similar services. No data is transmitted to third parties in connection with fonts.
9. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website.
Since no tracking, analytics or marketing cookies are used, no cookie banner is required under §25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG.
10. Data Subject Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access (Art. 15), right to rectification (Art. 16), right to erasure (Art. 17), right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), right to data portability (Art. 20) and right to object (Art. 21).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
